Day 1 | Departure

En route to Madrid. Meals Included: None

Day 2 | Madrid

Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Begin exploring the city on foot. See Old Madrid with its delightful plazas and sparkling fountains at every turn. Master the Metro de Madrid. Enjoy an Xperitas welcome dinner. Meals Included: Dinner

Day 3 | Madrid

Visit the splendid Palacio Real and the treasures of the world-renowned Museo del Prado. Later, relax at an outdoor café in the Plaza Mayor. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 4 | Madrid

Enjoy an all-day excursion to Segovia. Explore all this truly historic city has to offer, including the massive, 2,000-year-old Roman aqueducts and the Alcázar. Visit el Monasterio de El Escorial en route. Meals Included: Breakfast

Days 5 - 6 | Sevilla

En route to Sevilla, stop in Toledo to visit the massive cathedral. You’ll arrive in Sevilla in time for an evening promenade along the Guadalquivir River. Spend the next day visiting the Barrio de Santa Cruz and the Reales Alcázares. Be sure to climb La Giralda. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 7 | Granada

At last you're off to Granada for a guided tour of the Alhambra and El Generalife, with its fountain-filled gardens. Attend a flamenco show for a colorful evening of music and dance in the caves above the city. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 8 | Madrid

Return to Madrid for one last evening. Enjoy an Xperitas farewell dinner. Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 9 | Return

Transfer to the airport for your return to the United States. Meals Included: Breakfast

Spring Payment Schedule

Billing and Payments: Xperitas will email a bill for the final payment approximately three weeks before it is due. For all other payments please refer to this schedule. A payment reminder will be sent to you via email a week before a scheduled payment is due. Payments can be made by credit/debit card via the Xperitas portal or by check or money order payable to Xperitas.

Cancellations: Any cancellation made through October 1, 2025 will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made after this date will be calculated on an individual basis at the time of cancellation and follow the schedule and terms below.

Enrollment Information

*Prices are based on a minimum group size of 24 students. When the minimum group size is not reached, a small-group supplement will apply. Final prices are determined by dates, air arrangements, other program components as confirmed by Xperitas, as well as the total size of the group and number of leaders at the time of final billing. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel prices, exchange rates, and airfare costs beyond the control of Xperitas.

All activities to be paid on-site using entrance fee allowance provided, unless listed in Program Inclusions.

The order of this itinerary and all itinerary items are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances that may arise prior to or during the program.
