AATG Partner Programs

What makes this program truly special is the combination of Xperitas’ expertise in immersive language experiences and AATG’s commitment to excellence in German education. Together, we’ve crafted an itinerary that balances language learning with cultural exploration, ensuring that students return home not only more proficient in German but also with a deeper understanding of the world around them. 

This program is ideal for students whose German teachers:

• Are unable to personally lead a group to Germany but still want to offer their students an authentic language and cultural immersion experience. AATG provides a dedicated US-based chaperone to ensure students are well-supported throughout their journey.
• Have a smaller group of interested students, making it challenging to organize a full trip. This program offers the perfect solution by allowing those students to join a larger group and still experience an enriching German immersion.

Program Highlights:

• Immersive Language Learning: Students will live with carefully selected host families, offering a true-to-life experience of German language and culture. Daily interactions in German will help participants develop their language skills in a natural and meaningful context. 
• Cultural Activities: The program includes a variety of cultural excursions, from visiting historical landmarks to experiencing local traditions. These activities are designed to deepen students' cultural understanding and appreciation. 
• Personal Growth: This program is a transformative experience that challenges students to step out of their comfort zones, build confidence, and develop independence. The friendships and memories made during this journey will last a lifetime.

At Xperitas, we're passionate about nurturing the next generation of global citizens through immersive language experiences. That’s why we’re excited to offer a special discount for students who participate in the National German Exam (NGE), in partnership with the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG). 

We’re proud to reward educators and their students who are committed to excelling in German. Teachers who register a minimum of 10 students for the 2024 National German Exam qualify for an exclusive $100 discount on each student’s Xperitas program in 2025. This discount makes it even more accessible for students to dive into the heart of German culture through our immersive travel experiences! 

Please note that students are eligible to utilize up to 2 discount opportunities. 

We’re thrilled to invite you to visit Xperitas at the AATG booth during the upcoming ACTFL conference! On Friday, November 22, between 12:30-1:15pm and on Saturday, November 23, between 3:30 -4:15pm enjoy authentic German food and refreshments while learning about Xperitas German language immersion programs and how we support exchanges with German partner schools.
