Day 2 | Munich

Spend three days exploring Bavaria’s beautiful "Stadt mit Herz". Stroll through the Altstadt and don’t miss the "Glockenspiel am Marienplatz". Enjoy an Xperitas Welcome Dinner. Meals Included: Dinner

Day 3 | Munich

Visit the baroque Schloss Nymphenburg. Find tasty dishes for lunch at the lively Viktualienmarkt. Tour Olympic Park and visit the Deutsches Museum or the BMW Museum. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 4 | Munich

Enjoy a day visiting one of King Ludwig’s castles and experience the charm of Alpine villages like Füssen or Garmisch-Partenkichen. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 5 | Augsburg

Travel to the oldest city in Bavaria – to Augsburg! See the beautiful architecture and rich culture of this unique city. You will take a guided tour of the Fuggerei, a “town within a town” and the very first social housing complex in the world dating back to the 16th century that is still used today. Meals Included: Breakfast

Days 6 - 11 | Family Stay

This is what you’ve been waiting for! Spend six memorable days with your Deutsche Familie, experiencing everyday life, using your language skills in real-life situations and making new friends. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Days 12 - 13 | Berlin

You won’t want to leave, but it’s time to bid your host family farewell and head to the capital! Visit the Brandenburger Tor and Checkpoint Charlie, while pedaling your way around Berlin on a guided Fahrradtour. Don’t miss the 360-degree view from the glass dome of the Reichstag. Ride the S-Bahn from Bahnhof Zoo to Alexanderplatz. Explore the historic streets of Mitte and modern Potsdamer Platz. Visit Potsdam and marvel at Schloss Sanssouci. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 14 | Berlin

Reflect on the last two weeks with your Mitreisenden at your Xperitas farewell dinner on your last evening Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 15 | Return

Billing and Payments: Xperitas will email a bill for the final payment approximately three weeks before it is due. For all other payments please refer to this schedule. A payment reminder will be sent to you via email a week before a scheduled payment is due. Payments can be made by credit/debit card via the Xperitas portal or by check or money order payable to Xperitas.

Cancellations: Any cancellation made through October 1, 2024 will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made after this date will be calculated on an individual basis at the time of cancellation and follow the schedule and terms below.

Enrollment Information

*Prices are based on a minimum group size of 10 students. When the minimum group size is not reached, a small-group supplement will apply. Final prices are determined by dates, air arrangements, family stay communities and other program components as confirmed by Xperitas, as well as the total size of the group and number of leaders at the time of final billing. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel prices, exchange rates, and airfare costs beyond the control of Xperitas.
