- Inclusive Insurance Coverage: Peace of mind matters. All essential insurance is included in your program price.
- Industry-Leading Financial Aid: We offer financial aid to qualifying students, covering up to 60% of the program cost—because we believe these opportunities should be accessible to all.
- Recruitment & Fundraising Resources: From custom flyers to a complete “Campaign-in-a-Box,” we give you tools that make recruitment and fundraising easier (and more fun).
- Pre-Travel Preparation: We help your students step confidently into their experience abroad with country-specific resources designed to build cultural awareness and practical knowledge.
- In-Country Support: Travel with the backing of our trusted international partners, local coordinators, and experienced guides who are committed to your group’s safety, growth, and success.
- Payment & Paperwork: With Xperitas, everything stays organized, clear, and on schedule. Xperitas takes care of student payment reminders, monthly newsletters with important upcoming dates & deadlines, and organizes the nitty-gritty paperwork so that you can focus on what you do best—educate and prepare your students for language immersion! Every family has a dedicated portal where they can complete their payments, and submit all their info and required documents. Educators have access to a specialized portal view to track which students have submitted their information and who may still have outstanding items.

- New Teacher Reward: First-time leaders with a new Xperitas program receive either a Guide at no additional charge or a $500 classroom grant, depending on group size.
- Referral Bonus: Know a colleague who would love to travel with their students? Earn a $1,000 referral bonus after their program travels with six or more students! This is a great option if you’re planning to retire or step back from leading trips — pass along the opportunity to a new teacher and keep the spirit of global exploration going strong!
- Global Leaders Conference (GLC): Attend our annual pre-program training and celebration in Minneapolis! Xperitas takes care of your travel, lodging, meals, and networking costs. You meet your program manager and global partners in-person to go over your upcoming language immersion program in detail, and get to network with other language educators traveling with Xperitas that year!
- Professional Development Credits: Earn graduate-level credits through our partnership with the University of the Pacific- just one more way we support your continued growth.
- World Language Department Grant: If multiple programs from the same school or district travel within a two-year span, you could qualify for an extra reward!
- $500 if two programs travel
- $750 if three programs travel
- $1,000 if four programs travel
No need to apply—Xperitas will notify you directly if your school becomes eligible!
- Large Group Classroom Grant: Leading a large group? If 18 or more students participate in your program, you’ll receive a $650 classroom grant to celebrate your efforts and help you bring even more global learning into your classroom.
