The partners in Costa Rica are fabulous! Everything was well-organized, and kids were always engaged. Our guide, Jimmy, truly is an educator and ambassador of his country. All of the students and leaders really enjoyed his personality, love of his country and knowledge. The Family Stay Experience was also very wonderful!
Discover Costa Rica Through Science, Sustainability & Field Experience
This 7-day STEM and service immersion program in Costa Rica introduces students to environmental science through direct, hands-on experience in some of the country’s most biodiverse regions.
Students travel from the rainforests of Sarapiquí to the volcanic landscapes of Arenal, exploring how ecosystems function and how conservation efforts are applied in real-world settings. Along the way, they take part in wildlife support activities, sustainable agriculture, and reforestation projects.
By combining STEM learning with service work and outdoor exploration, this program helps students connect classroom concepts to practical environmental action while gaining a deeper understanding of sustainability.
