This delicious opportunity helps students offset program costs while sharing something meaningful (and caffeinated!) with their community. Whether you're traveling to Costa Rica, France, Germany, Spain, or beyond—this is a great way to get started.

How It Works

1. Order Your Coffee

   Log into your

   Xperitas Portal

   or

   order your coffee directly online

   . Use code

   at checkout to receive coffee at the fundraiser rate of $10 per bag.

2. Sell to Your Supporters

   We recommend pre-purchasing your bags to sell directly, or sharing the link for supporters to purchase. Coffee will be shipped to a single address per order (typically your home) so you can personally deliver it.

3. Raise Funds, Your Way

   Each $16 bag of coffee earns you

   $6 in profit

   to put directly toward your immersion program. You keep all proceeds—no need to report your sales to Xperitas.

Shipping & Timeline Details

• Minimum Order for Free Shipping:

• Orders Under 16 Bags:

  $10 flat shipping fee

• Delivery Time:

  Orders typically ship within 2 weeks

• Holiday Delay:

  December orders may experience delays into January due to demand

You can submit multiple orders. There’s no limit to how many times you can sell. The sooner you start, the more you can raise!

Who Can Participate?

This fundraiser is open to anyone enrolled- or planning to enroll- in an Xperitas immersion program, or anyone raising funds to support a traveler. Whether you’re just starting your journey or well into your planning, it’s never too early (or too late) to begin fundraising.
